If you're unsatisfied with any apparel product that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange within 15 days of shipment. The apparel item(s) you return for exchange must be in new unworn/unwashed condition. Please write a note stating what you want to exchange for and send to the address on the original packaging. Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong size or design. In those cases we reimburse for shipping charges back to us and cover the shipping back to you.
Original art, prints, books, swap meet items and stickers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please email us at email@example.com. Our printed apparel items are delivered to us in individual sealed polybags. Occasionally damages occur during printing and we miss it. Please provide a picture of the damage in the email explaining the situation including your order number. We will happily replace it for you.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please consider this when placing your order.
