RETURN POLICY

There are two kinds of products sold on this website: In-Stock signed art and apparel items and Print-On-Demand products like phone cases, mugs and some apparel. 

We make every effort to provide a clear picture and description of our products - including size charts - to help you make a confident decision when purchasing. We are a small business selling quality products with low margins so returns take away from our bottom line. 

 IN-STOCK ITEMS:

If you're unsatisfied with any in-Stock apparel product that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange within 15 days of shipment. The apparel item(s) you return for exchange must be in new unworn/unwashed condition. Please write a note stating what you want to exchange for and send to the address on the original packaging.

Please be aware that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong size or design. In those cases we reimburse for shipping charges back to us and cover the shipping back to you.

If your item appears to have a manufacturing defect (eg: misprinted logo, hole in fabric) please email us at bo@bomonster.com. Our printed apparel items are delivered to us in individual sealed polybags.  Occasionally damages occur during printing and we miss it. Please provide a picture of the damage in the email explaining the situation including your order number. We will happily replace it for you.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please consider this when placing your order.

Original art, prints and stickers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.  

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS:

We do not refund Print-On-demand sales for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse as these items are individually made when you place your order. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on Print-On-Demand products, write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible. Send to bo@bomonster.com and will provide further instructions where to send problem merchandise.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
