SHIPPING POLICY

bomonster van on route 66

Average processing time is 1-2 business days for In-stock merchandise before shipping. During this processing time, your online order is pulled from inventory, safely packed and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Print-On-Demand products are produced when order is received and fulfilled by a reliable third-party supplier. Print-On-Demand production times can add 2-5 days prior to shipping and will arrive separately from other products ordered on this website.

Since we print in limited quantities we occasionally run out of inventory if we are traveling and selling at live events. If that happens, we will contact you by email first before refunding your purchase price in full.

If we are traveling for more than a week at a time to attend and sell at live events, we will usually post a message on our website home page stating when orders will be fulfilled upon our return.

Orders will usually be shipped by USPS. After shipping, we will email you with a confirmation number with an estimated time of delivery. Time in transit will vary depending on your geographic area and can be anywhere from 2 to 7 days after we fulfill your order. International orders can take 14 days on average depending upon customs in your country.

Shipping charges are determined by a website calculator provided by the USPS. If we can combine packages and ship for considerably less than collected per your designated shipping method we will reimburse the difference. If we didn’t collect enough in shipping fees, we will absorb those costs unless the amount is substantial at which time we will downgrade the shipping method and ship at the rate for the amount collected.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know by emailing us at bo@bomonster.com

If your package is lost in transit by the USPS we will file a claim with the USPS and send you a new order, but first, reasonable time will have to be given to allow for any items to arrive at your address before we can file a claim as packages do at times take longer in transit than planned for.

If we receive a confirmation from USPS that your package was delivered but buyer claims it never arrived, technically it’s the buyer’s responsibility since we have no control over what happens after delivery. But we’ve learned the majority of our customers are reasonable and they respect that our business runs on tight margins so we will try and a find a way to make things good again – especially if you’ve filed a claim with your local Post Office, and or local Law Enforcement.
